Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in modern web development technologies including React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Python or other OOP languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and architecture of our Sales Platform and Data solutions.

Come join us!## QualificationsResponsibilities* #1 Priority – Build great software that our customers and users will love.* Lead the end-to-end design, development, and architecture of our Sales Platform and Data solutions.* Drive architectural decisions within the team, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, performant, and secure.* Lead code reviews and develop automated tests to uphold code quality, maintainability, and team standards.* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.* Apply and champion security best practices across the platform.* Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices; evaluate and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.* Leverage and define best practices for AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.* Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted technical advisor to internal teams and stakeholders.* Other duties as assigned.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.* 5–8 years of professional software development experience, with a track record of designing, building, and optimizing scalable solutions.* Deep expertise in modern web development technologies, including React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.* Proficiency in Python or other OOP languages is a plus.* Expertise in the AWS ecosystem, including compute (EC2, Lambda, ECS), storage (S3, DynamoDB, RDS), and networking.* Demonstrated commitment to software quality, performance optimization, and continuous delivery using CI/CD practices.* Expertise in AI-assisted development tools and best practices.* Proven ability to drive high-quality architectural decisions using established patterns and industry best practices.* Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership within a team.* Strong commitment to software quality, performance optimization, and continuous delivery.* Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
