Job summary

Secureframe is hiring a senior software engineer to help shape product direction and deliver robust full‑stack features in a fast, iterative environment. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering, mentor junior engineers, and own end-to-end quality from planning to deployment with remote-first flexibility across the US.

Strong CS fundamentals and experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch are highly valued as you help scale secure software for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles.
• Background in startup environments, possibly as a founder or early employee, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and versatility.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Typescript, and a modern backend language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Javascript).
• You thrive in product-focused environments and are driven by the impact your work has on customers.
• You are adaptable and excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
• Experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch is highly valued.
• You take pride in owning your work, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring solutions are effective and user-centric.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Responsibilities
