We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (8+ years) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design and develop scalable, high-performance applications while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to architectural decisions.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver software that meets business goals and delights our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software applications.
• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality releases.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technology strategy decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, or Node.js).
• Experience with web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Knowledge of distributed systems and high‑availability architecture.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
• Previous experience in mentoring teams or leading projects.
