Senior Software Engineer | Data & AI Engineering | Law Firm

Location: Chicago (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite) OR Remote in MA, NY, DC, FL, TX, IL

I'm working with a global Am Law 100 firm that is investing heavily in Data & AI innovation and is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to help build next-generation products from the ground up.

This is not a maintenance role.

You'll join a growing engineering team focused on creating modern platforms, AI-enabled applications, and firm-wide technology solutions that directly influence business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and building scalable full-stack applications
• Developing APIs and microservices
• Working across .NET, React/Next.js and Azure
• Contributing to architecture and technical direction
• Supporting CI/CD, cloud deployments and engineering best practicesli>
• Mentoring engineers and helping raise technical standards

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong experience with .NET/C#, React or Next.js
• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices
• Azure or other cloud platform experience
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices

Nice to have
