Job description

There is an opportunity to join a highly respected law firm that continues to invest heavily in AI, data, and software development.

You’ll work directly under a down-to-earth, easy-to-work-with Senior AI Architect whose budget and team continue to grow as the firm puts more resources behind AI and data.

You’ll build and modernize enterprise applications, bring AI into real legal and business workflows, and help develop agentic solutions that automate multi-step processes across the firm.

This is a lean team with very little red tape. You’ll have direct access to the manager and business users, the freedom to bring forward ideas, and the opportunity to see your work make a real impact.

You’ll work on a mix of new development and application modernization, including solutions that connect with systems across finance, HR, document management, data, and legal operations.

The core environment includes C#, .NET, React, Node.js, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, and modern AI development tools. You should have strong full-stack development experience and already be using AI tools as part of how you build software.

You’ll also help mentor junior engineers, improve development standards, and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

The position is hybrid, with Mondays and Fridays from home.
