Job summary

International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and own core product from the ground up in a fast-growing startup environment. The role is product and backend focused, with roughly 80% application development and 20% systems work.

The team is small but senior, enabling ownership and rapid iteration. You will ship end-to-end features and shape architecture as the company scales, with a hybrid work policy requiring 3 days

Compensation: $250k – $350k Base + Competitive Early-Stage Equity

About the Role

An early-stage startup, growing exceptionally fast with a small and talent-dense team, is hiring Senior Software Engineers to build and own core product from the ground up.
