Job summary

Glocomms is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale product features and core platform systems. You will own features end to end, contribute to APIs, services, and tooling, and improve reliability, performance, and scalability across production environments.

You will work across the stack with product, AI, and engineering teams in a fast-moving startup setting, shaping technical direction while delivering user-facing functionality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building production-grade applications.
• Strong backend fundamentals and API/distributed systems design.
• Experience across the stack including user-facing features.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment workflows.
• Experience in early-stage startup environments.
• Ability to own ambiguous, high-impact problems from concept through implementation.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale both product-facing features and the underlying systems that support a fast-growing, AI-driven platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the stack while also contributing to the reliability, scalability, and performance of core systems.

You will operate at the intersection of product development and platform engineering, owning features end to end while also contributing to the infrastructure, services, and tooling that enable the broader engineering team to move quickly and build with confidence. This is a hands‑on role in a fast-moving environment where strong individual contributors help shape both systems and technical direction.
