About the Role

A high-growth enterprise AI company is hiring Senior Software Engineers to take ownership of core product systems across Voice, Insights, and Agent Orchestration. This is a hands‑on senior role for engineers who build and ship production systems at scale, drive architecture decisions, and lead technically complex feature development inside fast‑scaling environments. You will operate with high autonomy, contributing across coding, system design, and cross‑team execution while helping raise the technical bar of growing product teams. This is a full in-office role based in NYC.
