You will work directly with the founding team on challenging problems across distributed systems, real‑time audio, telephony, infrastructure, and developer tooling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering experience.

They’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to build the core infrastructure powering millions of AI‑driven conversations. This is a high‑ownership role working closely with the founding team on challenging problems across distributed systems, real‑time audio, telephony, infrastructure, and developer tooling.

What you’ll work on

• Build core platform architecture, testing, observability, and integrations.
• Design highly scalable and reliable backend systems.
• Work on concurrency, distributed systems, data, storage, and infrastructure.
