Founding Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) | HealthTech

Join an exciting health-tech founding team who's leveraging cutting‑edge technology to transform healthcare delivery. The Founding Full Stack Software Engineer will help shape the technical foundation of their platform.

You’ll be instrumental in building scalable, secure applications that handle sensitive healthcare data. You'll have the opportunity to make key architectural decisions, implement best practices, and work directly with the founding team to bring innovative solutions to market.

Essential skills

• Solid experience with Python and at least one major web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Understanding of API design, data modeling and service architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes or cloud platforms like AWS).

Day to day

• Build, optimise, and scale backend services and APIs with Python.
