Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions.
- Balance hands‑on coding responsibilities with engineering leadership and technical oversight.
- Establish engineering excellence and ensure systems are built for long‑term scalability and performance.
- Drive high‑impact projects from conception through delivery, aligned with company objectives.
- Solve complex technical challenges and continuously improve platform capabilities.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Operations, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership experience within startup environments.
- Demonstrated success leading complex software development initiatives while remaining actively involved in coding.
- Experience building and maintaining large‑scale systems.
Technical Expertise
- Extensive software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, and Docker.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including:
- Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems.
- Ability to design and build scalable, resilient applications.
