Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for architecting and designing internal and external products for Allied. It involves problem solving, creating scalable software solutions, and mentoring junior developers. As a technical lead, you will resolve issues and ensure the success of your team's projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to support project completion in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the roadmap, including business and technical initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Work with managers and stakeholders to resolve blockers impacting project timelines.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software collaboratively with the team.
• Create automated processes for CI/CD pipelines.
• Meet expectations for productivity, quality, and goal achievement.
• Work with management to develop technical strategies for the team.
• Adhere to all relevant privacy and security laws, including HIPAA and HITECH.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience required.
• Certifications like MCSA, Microsoft certifications, or HIPAA Security awareness are preferred but not required.

Experience and Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience on Microsoft platforms.
• 3+ years in a lead developer role.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and OOP.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle.
• Extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET/MVC, Web APIs, WCF.
• Experience with SQL Server, creating and modifying stored procedures.
• Solid technical expertise in the Microsoft Stack.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure, or AWS cloud environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of API Gateway patterns is a plus.
