Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks an Engineering Lead to drive platform and architecture modernization. The role focuses on Java desktop applications (Swing/UI), backend services, and architectural leadership in a hands-on capacity.

Qualifications

Engineering Lead (Platform & Architecture)

This full-time, onsite opportunity west of Boston is with a growing technology organization that develops advanced software and connected systems for healthcare and security technology products. The team is looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to help modernize existing platforms, architect scalable solutions, and lead the evolution of both desktop and cloud-connected applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Java application development who enjoys balancing hands-on engineering, architectural leadership, and mentoring technical teams.
