You will mentor engineers, shape technology choices, and guide cross-functional teams while delivering scalable, enterprise-grade software as part of an onsite, growth-oriented organization west of Boston.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Java development experience.
• Experience developing Windows-based desktop applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java Swing GUI development.
• Experience building and maintaining rich-client applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns and software architecture.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Background working in Agile environments.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
