We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help drive technical excellence across a suite of modern, web-based products. This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in shaping architecture, building scalable systems, and mentoring engineers while working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on with code while also influencing technical direction and helping teams level up.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications
• Drive architectural decisions focused on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑tested code following best practices
• Lead code reviews and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback
• Mentor engineers and help elevate overall team performance
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product, QA, and other teams to deliver features end‑to‑end
• Contribute to technical planning, estimation, and system design discussions
• Help improve development processes, tooling, and overall engineering standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development and production environments

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in a product or SaaS environment
• Solid experience building and operating applications in AWS or similar cloud environments
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a strong engineering culture
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Strong communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Exposure to high-scale, data-heavy, or transaction-heavy systems
• Familiarity with security, compliance, or highly regulated environments
