Harnham in Cambridge, MA is seeking an hands-on Engineering Lead to scale a healthcare tech platform at a pivotal growth phase. You will mentor an engineering team, own delivery, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to execute the roadmap while contributing to production code and architecture.

The role emphasizes building scalable backend systems, CI/CD, observability, and AI-assisted development practices, with 4 days onsite and hybrid work.

• Expertise building CI/CD pipelines and scalable deployment processes.
• Previous startup or high‑growth technology company experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
