FREEDOM SOLUTIONS GR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance the technology behind Kira, enhancing user experience and platform innovation. In this hybrid role based in Denver, you’ll collaborate with teams to deliver scalable SaaS solutions, improving performance and reliability.

Must have experience with Clojure, SQL, and building RESTful APIs. Responsibilities include designing user-focused features and supporting technical problem-solving efforts. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000.

• Proven professional software development experience using Clojure.
• Strong understanding of scalable SaaS application development and modern software architecture.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed, cross‑functional teams.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
