The Senior Software Developer (Guidewire Certified) will serve as the lead developer on software applications supporting company personnel, claimants, agency customers, and insureds. Responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, and supporting software products with a focus on rapid, stable, and scalable solutions. The role involves analyzing existing software for inefficiencies, managing security risks, coaching staff on development standards, and exploring emerging technologies.
This position is based with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE, with a 50% hybrid work environment. Remote options outside Omaha may be available based on experience. This role does not qualify for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-AM1 / #LI-Hybrid / #LI-Remote

The estimated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000 annually, based on location and experience. Final compensation will consider candidate qualifications, geographic factors, and legal considerations.
