Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) in Florida is seeking a Software Developer III for a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire arrangement. You will design, code, and develop new financial applications and web systems, collaborating with a team to meet business needs.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, integration, deployment, support and documentation of core and web-based systems.
• Front-end skills include React, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, SASS, Bootstrap; familiarity with .NET stack, databases, and web services.
• Experience with Waterfall/Agile development methodologies and client-server concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to end user trouble calls to resolve routine application software problems or assist with hardware issues remotely when possible.
• Designs, develops, tests, and integrates moderately complex core and web applications, services, and sites, including maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Provides tier III technical support for staff on internal and external core and web applications and systems.
• Confers with vendors and IT team members to determine requirements for new or modified software and hardware; tests configurations for usability and security safeguards.
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies application systems including encoding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Uses AI to analyze requirements, identify questions and gaps, explore implementation approaches, generate or refactor code, explain existing code, and assist with troubleshooting.
