Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Software Delivery Manager to lead complex application development projects in an agile environment. The role reports to the VP of Delivery and oversees cross-functional, distributed teams, with a strategic impact on delivery processes at scale.

Candidates should have 7+ years in Delivery/PM roles, a technical background, strong leadership, and experience coordinating multi-national teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Director.
• Technical background (Developer, Business Analyst, QA).
• Extensive experience in application development and SDLC processes.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate as a key member of the management team.
• Facilitate Agile (Scrum) teams to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and project progress.
• Develop and standardize development, deployment, and delivery processes.
• Ensure consistency of delivery processes through cross-department collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including carriers, vendors, and partners.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and decisions effectively to executive leadership.
• Demonstrate leadership in resolving critical production incidents and developing mitigation plans.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure project success.

$175,000 per year with a total compensation of $200,000

Location

FiDi (Financial District), 4 days a week in office

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Delivery Manager to lead and oversee complex application development projects within an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams. This role reports directly to the VP of Delivery and offers a strategic opportunity to influence delivery processes at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Director
• Technical background (Developer, Business Analyst, QA)
