Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development or related technical function.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading engineering teams or software delivery efforts.
• Experience with agile or hybrid development environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop software engineering teams responsible for design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software applications, services, or platforms.
• Set team direction, priorities, and delivery expectations in alignment with roadmaps and business needs.
• Partner with product, architecture, quality assurance, security, and operations to plan and deliver scalable, secure software solutions.
• Oversee engineering execution across the software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, reviews, testing, and production support.
• Provide coaching and career development support to engineers and team leads to build a high-performing team.
• Drive engineering best practices related to code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
