Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Staff Software Configuration Analyst in Melbourne, FL. The role focuses on technical management of subcontractors, digital manufacturing processes, and PLM data integration, with a Top Secret clearance requirement.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with Teamcenter and NX, CAD, and SAP/MES integrations, and will be able to lead program execution paths for engineering teams and suppliers to meet technical performance and schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field with 12+ years of related experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years, or a Ph.D. with 8+ years.
Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance or higher (within last 6 years) or current Continuous Evaluation.
Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance if required.
Experience with digital manufacturing processes and supplier requirements with BOMs.
Experience with Teamcenter and NX (or equivalent PDM/PLM).
Experience with NX and modeling; CAD experience.

Responsibilities

Technical management of subcontractors to achieve yield/volume rates for mission transition.
Establish metrics and processes to support data transmission across sources.
Ensure developers understand priorities, deadlines and expectations.
Lead regular reviews with stakeholders on technical approach for digital delivery and integration testing.
Lead supplier evaluations and document results and recommendations for customer.
