Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM or higher with extensive related experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance or higher, with ability to obtain SAP clearance.
• Experience with Teamcenter and NX; CAD experience and PLM systems knowledge.
• Experience leading program execution paths and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical management of subcontractors to meet yield and schedule targets.
• Lead customer milestone reviews, provide architecture diagrams and solutions approach.
• Direct supports to Systems Engineering Manager and assign tasks to developers.
• Maintain sprint plans and work breakdown structures across parallel environments.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for management and customers.
