Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking an Associate Software Configuration Analyst to join our CM team. The role focuses on configuration identification, control, reporting, and release of software products, both in-house and COTS.
The candidate will develop build procedures, maintain CM standards, collect metrics, and work with development teams in a fast-paced environment. Requires a STEM degree and DoD Secret clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited university.
- Master's degree in STEM preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CM/Release Management and Agile practices is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains software configuration management tools for identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software products.
- Performs CM and release engineering tasks ensuring parameters are documented and compliant with configurations.
- Collects CM metrics and designs/builds productivity tools to aid development.
- Implements build procedures to support software product development and usage.
- Maintains CM systems including documentation, change requests, and build documentation.
