Westlake Chemical seeks a Senior Analyst - User Support (SAM) to oversee Enterprise software operations and licensing. You will be the go-to contact for software asset management and help ensure compliant license usage across the organization.

You will manage the SAM module (ServiceNow, SAP), track assets, generate reports, and propose cost-saving strategies while delivering high-quality IT customer service.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in computer support.
• Experience using SAM or inventory tools to manage software assets.
• Familiarity with software licensing models and enterprise environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred SAM / ITSM certifications (CSAM, ITIL, CITAM)

Responsabilidades

• Track a comprehensive database of Enterprise software used at Westlake.
• Verify licensing compliance and manage the ServiceNow SAM module.
• Suggest cost-saving license procurement strategies.
• Maintain accurate software license information across systems.
• Handle IT service requests and escalate when needed.
• Propose and write SAM policies and procedures for management approval.
• Provide timely communications to IT customers throughout service requests.
• Support IT Service Desk and participate in improvement initiatives.
