Qualifications

B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience in computer support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using SAM or inventory management tools to manage software assets, track entitlements, and generate reports.
Familiarity with software licensing models and enterprise environments.
Certifications such as CSAM, ITIL, or CITAM are preferred.

Responsibilities

Track a comprehensive database of all enterprise software used at Westlake.
Verify license entitlements and compliance.
Manage the ServiceNow SAM module and support licensing needs.
Assist other business units with software licensing during procurement.
Provide high-quality and timely communications to IT customers during the service process.
Propose policies and operating procedures around software asset management.
Support the IT Service Desk and other IT personnel as needed.
