Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an IT Principal Analyst for the Software Asset Management team. You will be a senior leader, driving complex analysis, strategic planning, and delivering high-impact IT solutions. You will mentor colleagues and collaborate with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps.

You will apply deep expertise in the software asset lifecycle, licensing reconciliation, and data-driven decision making. Remote eligible; join a nonprofit Catholic health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive experience in software asset management and governance.
• Healthcare/medical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to embed best-practice software asset management and ensure process compliance.
• Lead focused technical analysis discussions and drive approvals.
• Integrate data from SCCM, ServiceNow, Lawson/ERP and other sources for analytics.
• Model current and future state processes with governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Serve as expert in the ServiceNow SAM module and guide project direction.
