Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an IT Principal Analyst for the Software Asset Management team. You will lead critical projects, perform deep functional and technical analysis, and mentor colleagues while collaborating with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience across the software asset lifecycle, licensing/reconciliation expertise, and a track record of influencing strategic outcomes in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a business, data, or technical analyst.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital/medical related industry.
• Experience with project life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience partnering with financial and vendor management partners to drive process adoption and adherence to product owner specifications.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex analysis, strategic planning, and delivery of high-impact IT solutions within the Software Asset Management space.
• Guide projects daily, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps.
• Selects, acquires and integrates data from sources like SCCM, ServiceNow, and ERP systems for analysis.
• Model current and future state processes and ensure governance while aligning with stakeholders’ expectations.
• Act as an expert within the ServiceNow SAM module and provide direction on projects.
