Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 8+ years.
• Demonstrated experience as a recognized technical authority on unusually complex software problems.
• Proven ability to design, model, and document enterprise-scale software architectures.
• Extensive proficiency translating high-level mission requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and champion the architectural vision for new and enhanced software products.
• Conceptualize and experiment with alternative architectural approaches.
• Create comprehensive models, component specifications, and interface documentation.
• Validate proposed architectures against requirements and assumptions.
• Collaborate with product developers, product managers, and customer experts to ensure features are integrated.
• Provide expert technical advice across departments.
• Lead and mentor planning analysts and developers.
• Determine and pursue independent courses of action with wide latitude for judgment.
