Job summary

You will collaborate with teams to lead design reviews, implement AI/ML integrations, and promote best practices in DevSecOps and CI/CD while expanding technical direction for data modeling and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field.
• Eight years of progressive, relevant professional experience.
• Three years of specialized experience in the technologies and methodologies of the product platform processes.
• Leadership experience directing a team through multiple releases of enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey a technical vision and mentor peers.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish architectures, standards, and best practices with the technical lead.
• Act as a technical lead and mentor other developers when assigned.
• Participate in software engineering team meetings, planning sessions, goal setting, and other team activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with other development teams to promote collaboration.
• Estimate development and delivery timelines for product features.
• Participate in peer reviews of software design and coding.
• Develop source code and unit tests according to technical designs.
• Contribute to team-wide development strategies.
• Provide classroom instruction on software development processes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Document technical knowledge and train others on emerging needs and technologies.
• Provide formal training, mentoring, or pair programming to less-experienced engineers.
• Set technical direction for records data modeling and infrastructure.
• Drive legacy-to-modern platform migrations and integrate AI/ML capabilities across environments.
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, design, implementation, software quality, and ongoing engineering support.
