Seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect with a strong background in enterprise IT to lead the design, development, and integration of large-scale ERP, CRM, and business systems. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep technical expertise across enterprise platforms, the ability to operate at a high strategic level, and the experience to unify complex business systems into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

C2C candidates will not be considered and visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

• Architect and lead the design of enterprise IT systems, with a strong focus on ERP and CRM platforms and their integration across the business.
• Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies that support scalability, interoperability, and long-term growth.
• Collaborate across business units to design cohesive, end-to-end solutions that span CRM, ERP, and other core enterprise applications.
• Drive enterprise cloud strategy, optimizing AWS services to support mission-critical business processes.
• Ensure seamless data integration and flow between internal systems, external services, and front-end platforms.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across key enterprise technologies including .NET, Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor development teams on architecture best practices, data management, and systems interoperability.
• Partner with business analysts, product owners, and executive stakeholders to align architectural decisions with organizational goals.
• Oversee system security, performance, and compliance with enterprise IT and data governance standards.
• Maintain a clear architectural roadmap that supports system modernization and business transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years in software or enterprise architecture roles with demonstrated experience architecting ERP and CRM solutions
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems integration and modernization efforts
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM), .NET (C#), Python, and SQL
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent
• Strong grasp of enterprise data architecture, business process automation, and systems interoperability
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular is a plus but not the core focus
• Solid understanding of security principles, compliance, and DevOps in enterprise environments (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC on AWS)
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in Agile environments

Location:

Hybrid work schedule (Three days in office) based in Tallassee, Alabama, or Duluth, Georgia. Up to 20% travel to manufacturing or customer locations as needed.
