Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of progressive software development with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience as software architect or technical lead for enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript or equivalent languages.
• Experience in secure, compliant federal environments and Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise software solutions.
• Architect secure, scalable applications and guide DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance.
