Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification or similar program management credential preferred.
• Experience managing large federal IT, cybersecurity, or modernization programs.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single client point of contact and day-to-day program lead.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, and risk.
• Coordinate delivery across infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations teams.
• Monitor performance against contractual and quality expectations.
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
• Support budget, forecasting, staffing, and executive reporting.
