Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and a minimum of 11 years’ systems analysis and/or application development work experience, or Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years’ systems analysis and/or application development work experience.
• Expert proficiency in a minimum of 3 programming languages, including Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Azure/AKS, Istio, Envoy, and Open Policy Agent.
• Strong leadership, enterprise-wide project experience, and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive SDLC best practices enterprise-wide.
• Author clean, secure source code in Java/Spring Boot and other languages.
• Coach engineers on data structures and algorithms.
• Lead cloud-native patterns on AKS with Istio and Envoy; enforce OPA standards.
• Engage with executive leadership to articulate engineering strategy and change.
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and develop technical talent across the org.
