Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program at HQ USSOCOM. This role provides strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families.

U.S. citizenship is required with eligibility for Secret clearance; role is pending contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in the designated function.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
• Expert in field within the organization.
• Active professional licensure/credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority within POTFF for HQ USSOCOM.
• Provide strategic guidance and program oversight for HP services.
• Lead planning, policy development and data integration to advance technical readiness.
