Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program. This role provides strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families.

The ideal candidate holds a security clearance, advances performance readiness, and leads policy development, training, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for HP services.
• Develop policy recommendations and evidence-based program support.
• Lead training development and dissemination of HP initiatives.
• Coordinate with USSOCOM components and TSOCs to advance readiness.
