Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, expert clinical psychosocial and case management services in a specialized area.
• Coordinate services with VA, DoD, MTFs, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patients and families; assess outcomes and adjust as needed.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and continuing education for assigned social work staff.
