Job summary

The candidate must hold a CSWE-accredited MSW, be licensed at the advanced level, and have two years of post-advanced practice experience, including expertise in specialty social work practice and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must have a master's degree in social work from CSWE-accredited school.
• Two years of post-advanced practice experience required; one year at GS-11 level or equivalent.
• Must be licensed or certified to independently practice social work at the master's level.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized consultation on administrative and clinical aspects of the Caregiver Support Program.
• Demonstrate advanced practice skills and judgment in psychosocial interventions.
• Develop policies, procedures, and practice guidelines for the service area.
• Educate and train staff and stakeholders; mentor and supervise where applicable.
• Track program outcomes and apply data to improve services.
