Job summary

The Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) in Las Vegas is hiring Social Worker III to provide advanced case management in Adult Protective Services. You will assess risk, coordinate services, conduct interviews, and develop individualized case plans while ensuring client safety and regulatory compliance.

This senior role requires licensure and demonstrated experience with vulnerable adults, strong collaboration with families and agencies, crisis intervention, and the ability to lead MDT

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Social Worker and one year of professional experience in case management for vulnerable populations.
• Experience in adult protective services or equivalent social work settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess client functioning; interview clients, families, and contacts to plan services.
• Develop and implement case plans with intervention strategies and referrals.
• Coordinate services across state agencies and community providers.
• Provide ongoing case management, home visits, and progress tracking.
• Lead MDT meetings and train/guide newer staff as needed.
• Document activities and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
