$120,002.00/yr - $156,009.00/yr

The Senior Social Worker will serve as a clinical case manager for Veterans in the HUD-VASH program, working with a multidisciplinary team to help Veterans secure and maintain permanent housing. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, documenting in HOMES database, providing psychosocial interventions, and possibly submitting paperwork for psychiatric holds if certified. The role may include supervising other social workers and participating in program development and community committees.
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or as determined by supervisor.
Applicants must have a master's degree in social work from an accredited school, be licensed to practice independently, and have at least two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant area. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in clinical interventions, diagnosis, outcome measurement, and consultation are required.
Some walking, standing, bending, and transportation of Veterans using government vehicles.
Transcripts must be submitted. Only degrees from accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education are accepted.
