JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for a Senior Strategist who lives and breathes social media; who’s curious about the culture and trends that drive conversation and interaction; and is confidently able to translate observations and insights into actionable direction.
Reporting to the VP of Creative, this role will live at the intersection of creative and analytics. The Senior Social Strategist will work directly with existing partners and new prospects, uncovering their business’ unique challenges and their audience’s evolving needs. They’ll be comfortable conducting their own research to uncover additional insights, and will translate their learnings into briefs that steer social-first activations of all sizes.
As with all roles on our team, we’re looking for folks who would describe themselves as curious, creative, collaborative self-starters. Success in this role, in particular, relies on incredibly strong communication skills, as the Senior Social Strategist will be responsible for getting clients on board with — and getting creative teams excited about — their ideas and narratives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of Senior Social Strategist is a critical one, with the opportunity to shape the way our teams create work that cuts through the crowded digital landscape. This is a new role on our team, and one that will be essential to developing key existing client partnerships, as well as in new business pitches.

The anticipated salary ranges for this position and subsequent locations are listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
