Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and one year of professional experience providing social services or program development and evaluation which required the application of regulations, laws, policies and procedures in making determinations.
• One year of experience providing medical assistance programs, services, or healthcare services to clients or program compliance and evaluation which required the application of regulations, laws, policies and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Interpret regulations and laws; develop program policies and procedures; ensure compliance with federal and State requirements.
• Plan and develop social services or medical assistance programs; conduct needs assessments; evaluate existing programs and establish partnerships for program development.
• Develop and revise program documentation including state plans, policies, manuals, procedures, and contracts; ensure compliance with federal and State laws.
• Monitor program quality; design monitoring tools; prepare reports and corrective action plans; conduct on-site reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to program staff and respond to inquiries from management, agencies, providers, and the public.
• Conduct research studies; prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for management.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets; allocate funds and track revenue and expenditures.
• Promote programs and act as liaison with officials; deliver information to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement training programs and curricula.
• Support computerized systems development for program operations.
