San Bernardino County is seeking a Supervising Social Service Practitioner to lead a unit of Social Service Practitioners, perform diagnostic assessments, and develop complex treatment plans to support clients in restoring social functioning. The role requires an MSW or related Master's degree and at least two years of government social work experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Travel throughout the County is required.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program or
• Master's in Human Services/Psychology/Counseling with gerontology emphasis

Responsabilidades

• Organize, direct, and supervise the unit of Social Service Practitioners and staff
• Develop and implement complex treatment plans and specialized service programs
• Oversee diagnostic assessments and client service delivery
• Lead supervision, training, and mentoring of staff
