Job summary

On-Ramps is seeking a Search Consultant to lead a portfolio of 6+ searches, developing strategy, managing client relationships, and coordinating search teams. The role includes coaching team members, contributing to internal functions, and supporting business development efforts.

You will build candidate pipelines, conduct senior-level assessments, and produce deliverables. Proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, and Calendly is required, with a strong commitment to equity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in social sector, recruitment, or client services
• Experience leading complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong relationship-building and client management across diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to equity, service, integrity, and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management for 6+ searches and set goals
• Develop overarching search strategy and manage client relationships
• Coach team members and contribute to internal functions
• Develop candidate sourcing plans and diverse pipelines
• Conduct candidate assessments and manage senior-level candidates
• Create written deliverables (job descriptions, competencies, reports)
• Use tools like Asana, Calendly, Google Suite for project management
