Firehouse Subs is seeking a Social Media Senior Analyst to create culturally relevant content across owned channels, aligned with brand priorities. The role works with internal marketing teams and an external agency to manage editorial calendars, content development, and community engagement, driving engagement and brand love.

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, this role focuses on translating campaigns into platform-native strategies, monitoring performance, and collaborating across Brand

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or social strategy.
• Experience managing organic social content for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and evolving trends.
• Experience working with social media management, publishing, and listening tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
