Job summary

HallPass, part of Medici Brands, seeks a seasoned Social Strategy & Brand Marketing leader in New York City. You will own the brand’s voice and organic channels, nurturing creator partnerships and driving social growth across TikTok and Instagram.

You’ll define tone, publish content, negotiate creator deals, and report performance to leadership. This full-time, in-office role offers equity, strong health benefits, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in organic social or brand marketing, including 2+ years owning a brand’s channels.
• Proven experience running creator programs end to end, negotiating deals and briefs.
• Native fluency in internet culture with strong voice and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy for HallPass across platforms.
• Manage day-to-day publishing, copy, and community engagement.
• Lead influencer/creator program end-to-end including sourcing, contracting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain content calendar for launches and seasonal moments.
• Report on performance and translate insights into content decisions.
