Job summary

Alleyoop is redefining what it means to get ready, and the Senior Social Media Manager will lead strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms. You will own the content calendar, campaigns, copy and captions, creator sourcing, community leadership, and reporting while partnering with the Founder & CEO and Growth, Affiliate, and Content teams.

This hands-on role requires both strategic thinking and execution, with opportunities to expand scope as the brand scales and retailers grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media experience with a consumer brand.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, freelancers, or creators is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and execute a cross-channel content strategy that drives real growth.
• Strong copywriting and community management instincts.
• Proficient with social analytics tools to guide strategy; comfortable with creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy end-to-end across platforms and align with brand goals.
• Lead content calendar, campaigns, captions, and creator partnerships.
• Direct video editing and design briefs to bring campaigns to life.
• Collaborate with Growth, Affiliate, and Content teams to maximize impact.
• Report performance to leadership and inform brand decisions.
• Manage Social Media Coordinator and video editor to execute campaigns.
• Be hands-on with shoots, events, and community activations.
