Job summary

Baseten in New York seeks a senior social media manager to own Baseten's voice on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant communities. You’ll define the first impression during model launches, benchmarks, open source releases, and customer results.

You’ll write posts, set strategy, and collaborate with product marketing, comms, design, engineers, and founders. You’ll translate technical work into compelling content while preserving credibility on latency, throughput, and GPU cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running social for technical or B2B brands.
• Proven track record growing social accounts.
• Fluency in writing about AI, GPUs, and model performance.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Baseten on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, with the community.
• Set social strategy and measure impact against goals.
• Translate technical work into engaging posts and social content.
• Lead launches with product marketing, product, and engineering.
• Produce short-form video and brief freelancers as needed.
• Scale voices across teams and ghostwrite when helpful.
• Report on follower growth, engagement, and share of voice.
