About the Role

We’re hiring a full‑time, fully remote Senior Social Media Manager to work directly with the CEO & Founder of Genflow and Creator College, Shan Hanif.

You’ll lead the strategy, creativity, and execution for Shan’s Instagram channel that helps grow audience size, engagement and retention, while driving consistent traffic from social platforms to email marketing funnels.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end‑to‑end social media strategy across Shan’s Instagram page.
• Build and execute growth plans focused on reach, engagement, follower growth, and brand positioning.
• Identify platform‑specific opportunities, trends, and emerging formats early and execute on Shan’s pages.

Content Direction & Execution

• Develop content pillars aligned with Shan’s voice, expertise, and long‑term brand goals.
• Translate ideas into clear content briefs for shoots, editors, and designers.
• Oversee content calendars and ensure consistency without losing agility.
• Collaborate on hooks, captions, narratives, and CTAs that actually convert attention, as well as writing scripts for content and shoots.

Performance & Analytics

• Track performance across platforms and regularly report on insights.
• Use data to iterate content strategy (what’s working, what’s not, and why).
• Optimize posting schedules, formats, and messaging for maximum impact.

Brand & Community Building

• Ensure all content feels aligned with Shan’s tone, values, and positioning.
• Build and nurture an engaged community (comments, DMs, audience feedback loops).
• Spot opportunities for collaborations, trends, and cultural moments.
• Managing all short‑form editors, as well working with the designers, Genflow & Creator College teams.
• Act as the main point of ownership for social.
• Bring ideas to the table independently and push creative boundaries.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience managing and growing social media accounts (creator, personal brand, or media‑led brands preferred).
• Proven track record of scaling accounts and driving meaningful engagement.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and what works on the platform for a founder brand.
• Strong storytelling instincts – you know how to hook attention fast.
• Data‑literate: comfortable analyzing performance and making strategic decisions.
