CWILL is hiring a Senior Social Media Lead to own strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit. You will write, film, post, and engage directly, shaping a scalable content engine for post-purchase retention.

You'll drive YouTube growth from zero, build credibility on Reddit, and optimize for AI-driven visibility, reporting impact on pipeline while maintaining a strong, authentic B2B voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media with verifiable growth across channels.
• Hands-on Reddit experience with credible community participation.
• Hands-on YouTube experience building or growing a channel.
• Senior, but still a maker, previously acting as an individual contributor.
• Fluent with AI tooling for content production and optimization.
• Excellent written English and authentic B2B SaaS voice.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape channel strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Reddit with a win plan.
• Own YouTube from zero: format, cadence, production approach and storytelling.
• Build credible Reddit presence in relevant merchant communities.
• Drive organic visibility in AI search and citations beyond basic views.
• Create a scalable content engine using AI tools, minimizing headcount growth.
• Report on reach, engagement and pipeline impact; cut ineffective tactics.
